Having the time to prepare a nutritious breakfast is far from reality when you are rushing to get yourself and others ready for the day. Luckily, we have the perfect hack for the easiest EVER breakfast: Peanut Butter Jar Overnight Oats. This breakfast is quick and easy to assemble, and it can be thrown together before bedtime so that it is ready to eat in the morning. You can use any kind of jar or container you have lying around the house, but if you happen to have a near-empty jar of peanut butter, this is the perfect way to make use of it!
The most annoying part of getting to the end of a jar of peanut butter, is that you can never quite scrape everything out. Rather than toss away the jar, turn it into breakfast instead! Follow these five easy steps to make delicious overnight oats!
Fill your jar of near-empty peanut butter halfway with uncooked oats.
Using the milk or dairy alternative of your choice, soak the oats completely. Once the oats are submerged, add an additional ½ cup of liquid.
Add any desired toppings (cinnamon, nuts, fruit, etc.).
Secure the lid back onto your peanut butter jar, shake vigorously, and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, open up your jar of oats and enjoy your delicious and filling breakfast!
